About the role

Join our established team as a full-time Customer Service & Data Entry Clerk at Master Australia in Rockdale NSW. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing customer support and accurately inputting data to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

Accurately entering customer information and orders into our database

Answering phones and responding to basic customer inquiries

Invoicing and some basic accounts receivable

Coordinating equipment maintenance schedules and requests

Maintaining detailed records and updating customer accounts as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or data entry role

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers

Excellent data entry and attention to detail skills

Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office

A positive, friendly and helpful attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service

Hours are 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
