The Opportunity

Customer Service Specialist responsibilities

Prepare customer quotes

Order and invoice processing

Support our busy account management team

Responding to customer enquiries - email & phone

Weekly/Monthly Sales reporting

About you

Ability to process responses to customer enquiries quickly and accurately

Proactive in seeking assistance and have a collaborative and resourceful mindset

Leverage team expertise

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Experience with Microsoft Suite and Xero & CIN7 (DEAR) preferable

Salary and Benefits

Salary package negotiable for experienced candidates

Full time 38 hours per week preferred, part time considered, flexible hours, immediate start
