We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Scheduler & Administration Assistant to join our team in the residential & commercial plumbing sector. This key position plays an essential role in supporting our operations team, ensuring the efficient delivery of plumbing & gas services to our customers.
The ideal candidate will possess a detail-oriented approach and thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a commitment to supporting both the administrative and operational aspects of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Schedule plumbing jobs through ServiceM8
· Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members
· Assist with job costing and quotes
· Maintain records and documentation
· Data Entry
· Support the Director and operations teams administratively
· Respond to customer emails and phone calls
· Ad hoc administration
· Support and assist team compliance to all office policies and procedures
