As we continue to grow rapidly in Western Australia, we are seeking an organised and professional Administrative Assistant to support our novated leasing operations and deliver exceptional service to our customers and partners.
About the Role
Based in our Malaga office, this role is pivotal to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. You will be the first point of contact for clients, employers, and suppliers—handling enquiries, preparing documentation, and assisting the leasing team with key administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and respond to client enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Support the novated leasing team with document preparation, contract management and data entry
• Liaise with employers, employees, and financiers to coordinate lease paperwork and approvals
• Maintain accurate electronic records and ensure all documentation complies with company standards
• Assist with reporting, invoicing, and general administrative duties
• Provide ad hoc support to management and colleagues as required
Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role (automotive or finance industry advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn about novated leasing processes
