THE POSITION | Accounts Administrator (part time)

To be successful you must have advanced XERO skills, be detail orientated and have extensive experience in financial analysis, budgeting and modelling. Demonstrated understanding or experience in a similarly vertically integrated small business which may include areas such as wholesale distribution and direct to consumer sales, primary production (vineyard) and manufacturing (winery).

The position works closely with the management team and external accountant.

You are a self-starter and meticulously organised with hands on experience in managing office accounts payable, receivable and sales order entry and reporting experience.

Strong financial and analytical skills to prepare cashflow reports, budgets and allocating appropriate resources to ensure a sustainable and profitable business.

Ability to understand digital integration across several different software platforms (primarily Xero, Deputy and Commerce7 )

WET experience (preferred)

Payroll and HR Employment contract experience

MS Office & G-Suite on PC

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

Relevant Financial / Accounting qualifications

Experience in a similar role preferred.

Minimum 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience in a similar role is required.

Minimum 16 hours per week (some flexibility with choice of days is available and can be spread over 3 days to suit).

Australian citizenship is required for this position.
