Rinaldi + Co Chartered Accountants, a progressive boutique firm, located in the Hindmarsh Square Precinct is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team.

We’re on the lookout for a technically capable Bookkeeper to join us on a part-time basis. If you love variety, enjoy engaging with clients, and want to work in a team that balances professionalism with a healthy dose of fun, you’ll fit right in.

Core Responsibilities will include;

Management of Client Data Files and On-Going Reviews of Cloud Data

Transactional accounting including payroll, reconciliations, superannuation, lodgement of IAS/BAS/STP, RTWSA, payroll tax, TPAR and;

Various other bookkeeping tasks as required

What attributes are we looking for;

Minimum 2+ years experience in a bookkeeping role

Xero Certified

Highly motivated & strong work ethic

MYOB AR & Essentials Advanced skills

XERO advanced skills

Proficient computing skills in Microsoft Office, and other commercial software accounting packages

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders

Attention to detail and strong time management, with the ability to manage various clients.

Team focused

Great attitude and communication skills

Have their own transport to travel to clients when required.
