Bookkeeper | Part time| Flexible Hours | Local Role

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented Bookkeeper looking for a flexible, part-time (3-4 days per week) role close to home? We are a small, friendly Bookkeeping practice seeking a motivated individual to join our amazing team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Bookkeeper to assist with managing a portfolio of clients across a variety of industries. This role is approximately is 3-4 days per week however for the right candidate we can be flexible. Say goodbye to peak-hour traffic and enjoy working close to home in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients

Bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and BAS preparation under supervision of our Registered BAS Agents.

Payroll/Superannuation processing

Workcover/TPAR/PLSL Lodgements

Liaising directly with clients to develop trusted relationships

Working closely with our team to deliver timely and accurate financial data

What We’re Looking For:

Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping (required or in the process of)

Strong proficiency in Xero is essential

Experience with MYOB, Hubdoc & Dext is highly desirable

Solid payroll experience

Ability to manage and prioritise multiple client accounts daily

A strong communicator with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail

Someone who enjoys working in a team-focused environment and building client relationships

Adelaide based as location is in our Lonsdale office
