Full-Time Bookkeeper (Onsite – Adelaide)

We’re a growing Adelaide-based insurance restoration business that takes pride in doing things properly — with precision, integrity, and a genuine care for people.
We’re looking for a full-time Bookkeeper to join our team and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero, ensuring everything is accurate, up to date, and compliant.
Your role will cover the full bookkeeping cycle — from payables and payroll to bank reconciliations and BAS preparation — with support from a friendly, capable team that values high standards and good communication.

What You’ll Do

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards

Process payroll and superannuation

Prepare and lodge BAS

Maintain accurate records and support the accountant at EOFY

Assist with cash flow tracking and financial organisation

(Bonus) Create simple management reports or insights for decision-making

What We’re Looking For

Strong Xero experience (minimum 2–3 years)

Meticulous attention to detail and consistency

Understanding of GST, PAYG, and payroll compliance

A calm, organised approach and pride in your work

Excellent communication and reliability

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small, high-performing team
