The Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Bookkeeper who thrives in a fast-moving, values-led environment. You’ll work closely with our Senior Finance Officer and operations/admin team to keep things running smoothly.

This is a flexible, work-from-home, full-time position perfect for someone who enjoys both independence and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, allocations, statements, and debtor follow-ups (NDIS & Aged Care)

Handle remittance matching, clearing account reconciliations, and variance resolutions

Prepare weekly and monthly AR/aged debt reports with actionable insights

Collaborate with admin and operations to maintain accurate billing and timely collection

About You:

You’re a detail-oriented problem solver who loves getting the numbers right but you also care about the people behind them.

You’ll bring:

At least 2 years in a hands-on bookkeeping role

Solid experience with Xero and Accounts Receivable/reconciliations

(Highly desirable) Experience in NDIS and/or Aged Care billing (allied-health context a plus)

Clear, professional communication skills able to engage effectively with internal stakeholders (finance, admin/ops, leadership) and external partners where required

Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment

Initiative, independence, and confidence working remotely
