Who we're looking for
As a Inventory Controller Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting some of our largest and most valued customers. This dynamic and rewarding position offers ample opportunities for professional growth and development, while also allowing you to make a meaningful impact on the business.
Located in Laverton North, we are looking for a motivated individual with exceptional organisational and communication skills to manage key administrative tasks and collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional service and drive client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with clients and management and report to them with a focus on providing quality customer service.
Clear and concise communication with all relevant suppliers and internal staff.
Inventory - Assist with Warehouse staff to complete stock on-hand checks/cycle counts and investigating and correcting issues with stock.
General administrative tasks for processes and systems.
Skills and Experience
Prior experience in warehouse administration is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Sound computer and system skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
