A Gertrude Street landmark for over 170 years, the Builders is a place for all occasions: a lively public bar, bustling bistro and private dining rooms. Our kitchen produces everything from cheeseburgers and fish pie to whole flounder, mussels with fermented chilli and elegant event menus.
