Set in a quiet, riverside location just 5 minutes from Alice Springs CBD, Alice on Todd Apartments is home to 57 fully self-contained one and two-bedroom apartments. Guests enjoy all the comforts of home – modern kitchenettes, laundries, flat-screen TVs and private outdoor areas – plus landscaped gardens, a pool, BBQ areas, games room and playground.

The Role
We are seeking a hands-on, guest-focused management couple who thrive on variety, take pride in presentation, and enjoy delivering exceptional service.

You will live in a clean, secure apartment onsite, lead day-to-day operations, and work closely with supportive owners who value fresh ideas and open communication.

Key Accountabilities

Live onsite, work weekends and public holidays

Undertake all daily property operations, including but not limited to:

Reception, maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and new guests, including responding to guest enquiries and feedback

Revenue management, including assisting owners in the regular monitoring of room rates in response to local events

Oversee front-of-house logistics and marketing

Lead, train and coach housekeeping teams

Lead, undertake and supervise building upkeep and repairs

Ordering and stock take, including inventory management

Grounds including playground, BBQ area and pool maintenance

Organise and liaise with trade contractors as required

What we are looking for:

Demonstrated experience in property and accommodation management - especially in live-in or resort-style roles

Passion and the motivation to succeed.

High standard of interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate and build rapport with a diverse range of people

Ability to balance administrative, service and maintenance responsibilities

High level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft suite and Xero or similar

Working knowledge of Property Management Systems such as GuestPoint and SiteMinder, as well as online agencies including booking.com and Expedia

Current National Police check

Willingness to undertake an online management quiz if shortlisted
