What You’ll Do:

Be the Skipper of Fun and Safety, ensuring smooth operations and a safe environment for all guests.
Lead, motivate, and support your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Oversee daily operations, including pool, wetplay/slides, staff supervision, grounds maintenance and facility maintenance checks.
Dive in to solve problems, handle incidents professionally, and keep the good times rolling.
Keep the park looking its best, with a focus on cleanliness and presentation.

What We’re Looking For:

A natural leader with strong communication and people skills.
Experience in supervision, customer service, or the tourism/hospitality industry.
A cool-headed problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
An eye for safety and attention to detail.
Availability to work Mon-Fri 7am-4pm (alternative start/finish times can be discussed for the right candidate)

First Aid & CPR training (desirable or willing to obtain).

Working With Children Card (desirable or willing to obtain).

Valid NT Drivers Licence (mandatory)
