We are seeking an experienced full-time Duty Manager to join our team.

About this role....

You will be an experienced Duty Manager who can lead by example and motivate your team to deliver professional customer service service. We require a Duty Manager who is flexible to work across a seven day roster.

Key responsibilities include

overseeing daily operations, ensuring employee productivity, monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a positive work environment for employees

Responsible for ensuring the effective operations of the store during shift, including customer service, maintaining stock and cashing up at the end of each shift.

Supervising/training employees to the store standards

General cleanliness of the work area

Essential experience

Experience working in a fast paced environment essential

Supervisory experience, HOWEVER we are open to speaking to those without supervisory experience. We believe some people just need a chance to prove themselves, so if you've got a great attitude & are motivated to suceed, we are keen to chat

Food Handling Certificate, First Aid Training

Ability to work independently or in a team environment
