About the Role
We are hiring a full time Sales Manager to lead our growing sales organisation. Reporting directly to the Chief of Growth, you will manage and mentor the two Team Leads (Sales Development/Setting and Sales Closing) while overseeing the performance of the entire sales team.
Your role is to drive strategy, accountability, and culture across the sales function. You will ensure both pods (setters and closers) are aligned, consistently achieving their KPIs, and contributing to SHE-com’s mission of empowering female founders. This is both a leadership and strategic role, requiring strong experience in managing sales teams, coaching leaders, and delivering consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the two Team Leads (SDR/Setting Lead and Closing Lead), ensuring alignment and high performance across both teams
Oversee the sales team of 18+ across setters and closers, driving targets, KPIs, and accountability
Build and maintain sales strategy across all SHE-com programs (Start-Up, Academy+, Scale), tailoring approaches for each stage of the customer journey
Run leadership meetings, sales reviews, and team-wide updates, ensuring rhythm and accountability
Partner with marketing to align lead generation, qualification, and handoff processes
Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and team performance metrics
Implement and refine CRM (HubSpot) processes, ensuring efficiency and data integrity
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales team members and leaders
Create and maintain sales playbooks, coaching frameworks, and best practices across the organisation
Foster a culture of empathy-driven sales, high performance, and continuous improvement
Who You Are
Experienced sales leader with 5+ years in sales management or team leadership (ideally in B2B, SaaS, or high ticket coaching/education)
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading teams of 10+ to consistent performance
Skilled in managing leaders, not just reps, with experience coaching Team Leads or Managers
Strong strategist with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions
Experienced with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales performance tracking
Exceptional communicator and motivator, capable of creating alignment and driving accountability
Calm, resilient, and adaptable, thriving in fast paced, growth focused environments
