About the Role 💼

We’re on the lookout for a motivated, caring, and resilient Care Coordinator who thrives in a people-focused environment. You’ll be the key contact for participants, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support to achieve their NDIS goals.

What You’ll Do 🚀

Onboard new participants and guide them through NDIS processes

Create and maintain person-centred support and risk plans

Support participants with complex and high care needs

Match, train, and roster support staff for the best fit

Serve as the main contact for participants and their families

Keep documentation and compliance up to date

Assist with HR duties – onboarding, hiring, and rostering

Help with timesheets, budgets, and finance coordination

Communicate clearly, kindly, and professionally every time

What You’ll Bring 🌈

Relevant qualifications in disability, community, or health care

Knowledge of the NDIS and complex care needs

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Strong mental resilience and ability to stay calm under pressure

A compassionate, can-do attitude and love for teamwork

Current Australian Driver’s Licence
