About the role:
 This is a key administrative position where you'll be sitting at the reception desk and be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors. You will manage a broad range of administrative responsibilities with professionalism and initiative.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Heads of Year, including attendance and absence tracking using TASS.
 - Managing certificates for student awards and coordinating Group administration.
 - Supporting the Senior Chaplain with administrative tasks and event coordination.
 - Handling reception duties, responding to queries with warmth and efficiency.
 - Maintaining accurate student records and contributing to the smooth operation of the Senior Years program.
 - Working independently while liaising with adjacent administration teams as needed.
 
About you:
- Demonstrated experience in school administration, with proficiency in TASS is highly regarded.
 - You are a confident and capable administrator with a strong background in school environments
 - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a polished, professional presentation.
 - Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
 - A tech-savvy mindset, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate various systems and platforms.
 - A proactive, self-sufficient approach and a genuine interest in supporting student wellbeing and achievement.
 - A current paid Working with Children Blue Card (or eligibility to obtain one).
