Stroud Homes Maroochydore, a locally owned and well-respected new home building company, has a vacant position for a highly motivated Administration Assistant (Contracts Support) for our Maroochydore/Noosa region.
We are a small, tight-knit team of professionals with a passion for quality service. We’re looking for someone who can match our energy and enthusiasm in the workplace every day. Prior experience in the building or real estate industry is a plus — but not essential.
This role will provide essential support to our Contracts Administrator and help keep our office running smoothly.

About the Role
You’ll work closely with our Contracts Administrator, assisting with all aspects of contract administration and office coordination. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Supporting the preparation and management of client contracts and documents
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and trades to ensure smooth communication
Maintaining accurate records and databases
General office administration and coordination duties
Providing administrative support across multiple departments as needed

About You
We’d love to hear from you if you:
Have previous administration experience (building industry experience highly regarded)
Are organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple tasks
Have excellent communication and computer skills
Enjoy being part of a supportive team and take pride in delivering great customer service
Are eager to learn and grow your career in residential construction
Experience with Databuild or Onsite Companion is an advantage, but not essential — we’ll provide full training.
