We're growing, and looking for an Administration Assistant to join our dynamic Head Office team at Azure.
This is a pivotal support role where you’ll help ensure the smooth running of daily operations, assisting the Executive Assistant and Operations Team to deliver an exceptional experience for both staff and clients.

You’ll thrive in a professional, fast-paced environment where organisation, communication, and initiative are key. From office coordination to event assistance and IT support, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running efficiently and ensuring our workplace reflects Azure’s high standards of professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Assistant and Operations Manager

Assist with diary management, travel bookings, meeting preparation, and confidential correspondence

Support office operations, including procurement of supplies, issue resolution, and maintaining a professional workspace

Provide backup coverage and support for front-of-house and concierge functions when required

Coordinate logistics for company events, conferences, and internal functions

Liaise with IT providers to ensure smooth operation of systems and maintain accurate technology inventories

Contribute to maintaining a welcoming, well-presented, and positive office environment

About You

You’re a proactive and organised administrator with a strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to support others. You take pride in your professionalism, communication skills, and ability to keep things running seamlessly behind the scenes.

You’ll bring:

2–3 years’ experience in administration, coordination, or customer service [property, real estate, or construction industry preferred]

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite [Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint]

Confident communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

A team-oriented approach and a positive, can-do attitude
