We are seeking a Fleet Support Officer to join our Fleet department. This is a permanent position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensuring sub-contractors have valid insurance and credentials.
Using internal systems to record and track sub-contractor credentials and escalate all critical non-compliances to the Manager and relevant departments promptly.
Ensuring that all administrative aspects of the Fleet Management Department are always accurate.
· Assisting the Fleet Relations Officers with the onboarding of all new sub-contractors.
