Job Description

We are seeking a Fleet Relations Officer to join our Fleet department. This is a permanent position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Ensuring that sub-contractors recruited meet group quality requirements from a performance, vehicle and equipment perspective.

· Ensuring that sub-contractors are comprehensively trained during their induction so that our sub-contractors have the skills required to perform their roles proficiently, and without risk to the health and safety of themselves and others.

· Ensuring that all administrative aspects of the Fleet Management Department are accurate at all times, which includes but is not limited to sub-contractor incentive payments, asset management, the Transport Management System (“TMS”) information, sub-contractor attendance and incident and investigation.
