We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This role combines strong design skills with hands-on marketing execution — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing brand stories to life, and can manage multiple projects from concept to completion.

You’ll play a key role in designing marketing materials, executing campaigns, and supporting brand initiatives across digital, social, and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

Design marketing and promotional materials including brochures, packaging, digital banners, EDMs, social media assets, and in-store displays.

Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining visual standards and tone of voice.

Create engaging content for digital campaigns, product launches, and trade shows.

Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver creative assets on time.

Marketing Coordination

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand activations.

Coordinate social media content schedules and monitor performance metrics.

Support e-commerce and retail marketing activities including product listings, online store visuals, and promotional calendars.

Liaise with printers, photographers, and suppliers to manage production timelines and quality.

Help prepare presentations, marketing reports, and brand collateral for partners and retailers.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2+ years of experience in graphic design and/or marketing coordination (consumer electronics, home appliances, or retail industry experience is a plus).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Canva and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut) is a bonus.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.

Excellent communication and project management skills, with attention to detail and deadlines.
