Coral Healthcare, the parent company of Moments, is looking for a passionate and versatile Graphic Designer / Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Moments is a fast-growing sexual health and wellness brand that empowers women to take control of their sexual health through fun, vibrant, and empowering products including condoms, lubricants, and pleasure toys.

Based at our Knoxfield office, this role will primarily support the Moments brand, while occasionally contributing to the broader Coral Healthcare portfolio. About the Role

This is an all-rounder role, multi-faceted position designed for a creative, organised, and motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. You’ll play a key role in shaping the look, feel, and voice of the Moments brand, working across digital, print, and social media. You’ll balance creativity with coordination—supporting marketing campaigns, designing compelling content, engaging with our online community, and assisting with day-to-day marketing and administrative tasks.

You’ll wear two hats:

Designer – delivering high-quality creative across print, digital, packaging, and advertising (meta ads with animations).

Marketing Coordinator – supporting campaigns, social media, customer engagement, online orders processing and despatch and community building.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design (Primary Focus):

Design and produce creative assets across digital, print, packaging, and advertising that bring the Moments brand to life.

Create social media graphics, animations, GIFs, eDMs, web assets, and digital ads.

Design billboards, print ads, and other large-format media.

Deliver finished art with excellent prepress knowledge and strong typography, layout, and composition skills.

Maintain and organise the image library, retouch photos, and support product/brand photography when required.

Ensure all creative work meets brand guidelines and is proof checked for accuracy and consistency.

Marketing Coordination (Secondary Focus):

Support social media content creation (photos, videos, graphics, and copy) and maintain the content calendar.

Assist with scheduling, analytics, and reporting using platforms like Later and Meta Business Suite.

Provide input and design support for email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo) and newsletters.

Coordinate with external stakeholders (photographers, event managers, printers, agencies).

Assist with influencer outreach, event logistics, and sample management.

Provide general marketing and administrative support, including occasional customer service and online order dispatch.

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

A Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience).

Strong design fundamentals (typography, layout, composition, prepress knowledge).

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver polished, finished artwork.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

A collaborative spirit with great communication skills.

A proactive, “think outside the box” approach with an eye for current design and social media trends.

Experience with Klaviyo, WordPress, Shopify, and basic HTML.

Photography and retouching skills.

Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere).

Familiarity with animation, GIFs, and motion design.

Social media marketing experience.
