About Us

We are an established asphalt and civil works company delivering projects across Victoria. To expand our brand presence and digital exposure, we are seeking a final-year marketing student to join us as a Digital Marketing Assistant.

This role also involves providing administration support to the Director across his businesses, offering valuable exposure to both marketing and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

Create, plan, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Capture and edit photos/videos from project sites for marketing use.

Assist with digital marketing campaigns to increase exposure and growth.

Conduct market and competitor research, supporting strategy development.

Track engagement and prepare reports on campaign performance.

Administration / Director Support

Provide administrative assistance to the Director across multiple businesses.

Assist with document preparation, reports, and correspondence.

Support diary management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings.

Help with general office and business administration tasks.

About You

Currently in your final year of a Marketing, Communications, or related degree.

Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and social media management.

Confident using Canva, MS Office / Google Suite, and basic digital tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organised, reliable, and able to balance marketing and admin tasks.

Eager to learn and contribute to both marketing growth and business operations.
