Bell Marine is seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. This full-time role offers the perfect blend of hands-on packaging design and digital creative work across a leading marine product range.

You'll produce production-ready artwork for our chandlery products and support broader marketing initiatives — including digital campaigns, social media, and promotional materials. It's a great opportunity for an early-career designer to gain exposure across print and digital in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create accurate, print-ready artwork for packaging.

Experience in both packaging design and general graphic design is valued, with either being sufficient for this role.

Design marketing collateral: brochures, flyers, presentations.

Develop digital assets for email, social media, and web.

Liaise with internal teams and external partners on artwork.

Support creative concept development with the marketing team.

Manage and organise design files for print and digital use.

What We're Looking For

1+ year experience in a graphic design role.

Strong portfolio across print and digital.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

Advanced proficiency required in Adobe Creative Cloud programs including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management.

Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
