Key Responsibilities

Marketing

Maintain and enhance website content, including product listings, banners, tiles, news updates, etc.

Manage and grow Forge Hardware’s social media presence across platforms.

Monitor and implement SEO strategies to increase web traffic and reach target audiences.

Sales & Customer Service

Process customer orders and support sales operations as needed.

Assist walk-in customers and visitors, handling inquiries and transactions with professionalism.

Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, delivering outstanding support and service.
