Play a key role in supporting patients through their care journey — from their first enquiry to their ongoing treatment.

We are seeking a Part-Time Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and dedicated specialist practice. Based primarily in Richmond, this role includes one day per week in Sunshine, offering variety and the opportunity to support patients across both locations.

You'll be working closely with our full-time Practice Manager and providing essential administrative and secretarial support to a busy Gynaecology, Obstetric and Fertility/IVF Specialist.

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, and dependable, with an interest in Women's Health and infertility. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment, respond calmly to the unexpected, and have initiative and a forward-thinking approach with the ability to take pride in providing compassionate support to our patients.

• Start date: 12 January 2026

• Salary: Negotiable - based on experience

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in medical administration

• Strong computer literacy (dictation and medical software use required)

• Experience with Genie software highly regarded

• Knowledge of ECLIPSE billing systems preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail

• Professional, empathetic approach to patient care

• Current Victorian Driver's Licence

• A genuine passion for women's health and long-term career interest in this field

• Australian work rights are required for this position
