OPTIMIND is a multidisciplinary mental health care practice, with clinics operating across Mornington, Somerville, and Box Hill. OPTIMIND offers Psychiatry, Psychology, and Neuropsychology services to the local community and beyond. We have beautiful clinics and offer Telehealth. We have approximately 45 clinicians working across the three clinics. OPTIMIND values fairness, equity, respect and balance, and believe that our collaborative approach ensures patients receive the highest quality care.

We are on the search for a part time or full time Medical Receptionist to join our clinics. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work from all three clinics as needed. This role is primarily based at Box Hill during the week with a Saturday in Box Hill on a rotating roster. Previous medical administration experience is preferred, but not essential.

Qualifications & Experience

Previous medical administration experience preferred, but not mandatory

Customer service experience

Reasonable proficiency with computer programs

Tasks & responsibilities

General administration (phones, emails, scanning)

General office duties

Billing and invoicing

Scheduling of appointments

Liaising with patients and clinicians
