About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Quotes and Parts Administrator to join our team at Passmore Automotive in Busselton, Western Australia. This full-time or part time role is an integral part of our client and sales administration function, responsible for providing efficient and accurate quoting and parts management services to our customers.

What you'll be doing

Preparing detailed quotes for customers based on their specific requirements

Finding parts, with the support of highly skilled mechanics, processing orders and managing the supply of parts, ensuring timely delivery to customers

Liaising with suppliers to optimise parts availability

Assisting the sales team with customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar client and sales administration role, preferably within the automotive industry

Essential automotive industry knowledge and experience is required for this position

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, suppliers and other members of the team

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate and timely delivery of quotes and parts

Proficient in the use of business software, including MS Office

Passion for providing outstanding customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement

Australian work authorisation is required for this position
