Client Support Administrator – Organised, Fast & Detail- Oriented

Applecross, Perth WA -on site role
🕒 Full-time hours (casual to start, steady hours, potential for permanent)
Availability required: shifts won’t change steady hours as per below requirement- all the hours below in availability is a MUST

Mon 8am–5pm (½ hr break)

Tue–Thu 9am–5pm (½ hr break)

Fri 9am–4:30pm (½ hr break)

Sat 10am–12pm

We operate six high-performance clinics across Perth and are now seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Client Support Administrator to keep operations running seamlessly.

The Role

This role suits someone who loves structure, thrives in routine, and enjoys working through clear processes with speed and accuracy. You will:

Manage client bookings across six clinic locations 📅

Update and maintain client records with precision

Schedule appointments and send reminders

Answer calls and enquiries with professionalism ☎️

Provide general admin support and routine tasks

Tech-savvy – Microsoft Office, CRM, scheduling tools 💻

At least 3 years’ experience in admin or customer service

👉 Previous experience in call centres, medical reception, legal/accounting admin, real estate, or other structured client service environments will be highly regarded.
