About the role
Tudor Glass' is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our vibrant team in our Willetton, WA office. This part-time role will provide administrative and customer service support to our growing glass industry business. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience.
What you'll be doing
Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Processing orders, invoices and other customer-related documentation
Maintaining accurate records and databases
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our administrative processes
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the Glass or Building industry or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Strong organisational and time management abilities with an eye for detail
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 & MYOB accounting
A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently
