Since 1969, Topelz has been serving authentic Italian–Australian cuisine on Chapel Street, Windsor. We’re known for our fresh house-made pastas, pizzas, premium steaks, veal, seafood, and warm, genuine hospitality.

We’re now looking for passionate Pizza Chefs and Pasta Chefs to join our busy, energetic kitchen team.

Chef
We’re seeking someone with 1–2 years of pizza-making experience, or a strong willingness to learn. You should understand dough processes, ingredient prep, toppings, and be comfortable operating an oven.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare dough, toppings, and sauces

Cook pizzas efficiently and consistently

Maintain quality, speed, and presentation

Keep the pizza station clean and organised

Pasta Chef
Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of experience or relevant qualifications. You’ll run the pasta section with confidence, preparing and cooking classic Italian dishes to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Cook and plate pasta dishes to order

Maintain high food quality and consistency

Manage prep and section organisation

Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Experience in Italian cuisine or a fast-paced kitchen

Passion for quality food and consistency

Teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude

Ability to work under pressure

Relevant qualifications (advantageous but not essential)
