We’re Remos Pasta, a fast-growing and dynamic pasta bar located in the Melbourne CBD.
Known for our fresh, handmade pasta and creative Italian dishes that combine tradition with a modern twist, we pride ourselves on serving great food in a lively, welcoming environment — where both our guests and our team enjoy every moment.

Who You Are

You’re an energetic and motivated Chef who knows their way around the kitchen, thrives under pressure, and is eager to grow professionally within a supportive team.

We currently have full-time positions available at our Little Collins St pasta bar.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef or Cook

Experience with Italian cuisine (especially pasta and classic dishes)

Kitchen management experience (Chef role only)

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Well-presented, friendly, punctual, and reliable

Flexibility to work a range of days and weekends

Must have full Australian working rights (no visa sponsorship available)

Your Responsibilities

Prepare, season, and cook dishes following our recipes and quality standards

Manage stock ordering and supplier relationships

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold strict food safety standards

Follow procedures for handling allergens and dietary requirements

Support smooth kitchen operations and ensure consistent, high-quality dishes

Train and support other kitchen team members

Carry out general cleaning and maintenance duties as required
