Sauci Pasta Bar is a fresh new pasta takeaway concept, proudly bringing authentic, handcrafted Italian flavours to the local community. We’re looking for a dedicated Full Time Chef/cook with a passion for Italian cuisine to join our growing kitchen team.

About the Role
As a Cook at Sauci, you’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality pasta dishes, sauces, and sides in line with our brand standards. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver consistency, flavour, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook fresh pasta dishes, with a focus on traditional and modern Italian recipes
• Assist with daily prep, stock management, and maintaining food quality standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Support the team during busy service times and contribute to a positive kitchen culture

• Proven cooking experience, preferably in Italian cuisine
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Team player with a passion for great food and attention to detail
• Reliability and flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends
