We are Seeking a new Team Member to assist with Administrative Assistance / Office support type work. The position will offer flexibility with hours and potential to work from home if desired.

Responsibilities:

General administrative support to clients, office staff and technicians

Answering phones, responding to emails, and customer enquiries

Scheduling appointments, jobs, and service calls

Data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records

Invoicing, quotes, and assisting with accounts (basic bookkeeping tasks)

Ordering parts and liaising with suppliers

Assisting with compliance and documentation (e.g. job reports, safety forms)

Other general office duties as required

Management of Social Media / Website adjustments

Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Proficient with Xero & Microsoft Outlook (Preferred)

Ability to learn and use industry-specific software

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

Experience in the trade, construction, or service industry (an advantage but not essential)
