About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Officer to assist with the day-to-day administration and customer service tasks that keep our sales operations running smoothly. This role is designed to support the sales team by managing retailer and distributor forms, handling smaller customer requests, and ensuring accurate documentation.

You’ll work closely with our sales, logistics, and product development teams to ensure customers receive timely information, product specifications, samples, and order updates.

Key Responsibilities

Complete and manage retailer, distributor, and customer forms (pricing, brochures, product listings).

Provide customer service support for smaller accounts, responding to enquiries and following up on orders.

Assist in coordinating product samples with the Product Development team.

Work with the Logistics team to track orders, update customers, and resolve delivery issues.

Prepare sales documentation, price lists, and internal forms as required.

Support the sales team with reporting and data entry.

Maintain customer and distributor records.

Skills & Experience

2–3 years’ experience in sales administration, customer service, or office support (food/FMCG experience desirable but not essential).

Strong organisation and communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
