About us:
Granex Trade Supplies is Perth's newest direct trade store specialising in a full range of Concrete Supplies, Trade Hardware and Industrial Solutions. As part of SDii Group, our existing concrete business, Granex Trade is backed by 16 years of specific industry experience and networks looking to support our own industry, with a strong focus on service and delivery of quality products. The business owner is involved in the business on a day to day basis, driving the business forward with passion, genuine approach and a "can do" attitude applied to all dealings with customers, builders and our team.
Overview:
We are looking for an honest, reliable, and proactive individual to handle various administrative duties, calls, and support tasks in a small, but busy office environment. You will work alongside our Office Coordinator while supporting the business owner and Trade Sales team.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Phones – Incoming calls, take messages, transfer required calls and provide prompt assistance.
Process and systems – Accurate data entry and maintain electronic filing systems.
Providing executive support to business owner.
Sales administration duties.
Preparing quotes, raising orders, daily invoicing
Book transport when required.
Eftpos and payment processing.
Ad hoc administration duties.
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in concrete equipment, trade hardware, or building and landscape industry will be highly regarded.
Strong computer literacy and proficiency with a sound understanding of Microsoft Office and Teams.
Experience with Hike POS System, Eftpos machines, and MYOB will be highly regarded.
Professional communication, reception and customer service focus are a must.
Highly developed organisational skills and the self-motivation to work autonomously.
Proactive approach to work with initiative and has a 'can do' attitude'.
High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
