💰 Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 + Super (pro rata for part-time, depending on experience)

We’re looking for a friendly, organised Customer Service & Sales Administrator to join our busy Sales & Logistics team in Malaga.

🧾 What You’ll Be Doing

Part of a small team, reporting to the Inventory & Logistics Manager

Enter and manage customer purchase orders in our CRM system

Prepare order acknowledgements, backorders & delivery documents

Communicate with customers about order and backorder status

Create invoices and email customers promptly

Answer phone and email enquiries about sales, products and shipping

Liaise with the warehouse to coordinate picking, packing and dispatch

Book local and international freight

Provide general admin support to the Sales and Management teams

✅ What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in customer service, sales support or admin

Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills

Confident, friendly communication style with customers and colleagues

Ability to work independently and “manage up” to the management team

A proactive, flexible and positive attitude, no task too big or small

Competence with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems (an advantage)
