We're on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to manage end-to-end sales and deliver top-tier support to our valued QureMed customers.

What You'll Do

Manage key customer accounts from quote to delivery

Source products, provide quotes, and process orders

Liaise with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery

Send invoices and manage online orders

Resolve customer issues and build strong relationships

What You'll Bring

Strong communication & relationship-building skills

Highly organised with great attention to detail

A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of your work

Customer service or sales support is experience preferred but not essential

Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not essential

Team player with a can-do attitude

Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Valid Australian work visa or work rights required

Full-time office-based position
