As our business expands, we are seeking individuals with customer service expertise to join our national internal sales team.

About the Position:

Located at our Kewdale office, you'll join the sales team looking after our National customers, reporting directly to the Manager Spill Crew. The successful candidate will manage in & outbound sales and customer inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, and help to grow ongoing relationships with our customers.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

Handling telephone and web-based sales inquiries

Telephone follow up from previously incoming enquiries

Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions

Generating and processing sales quotes and orders

Cultivating and nurturing customer relationships

Proactively pursuing leads and inquiries

Supporting the broader sales team nationally
