About the role

This is a full-time Venue Manager/cafe manager role based in Parramatta, NSW, offering the opportunity to lead a dynamic hospitality team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

MilkBar is a brand new cafe opening under a premium residential building in the heart of Parramatta. Home is a build to rent complex offering high end rental apartments with amazing in house facilities including function spaces. MilkBar will be the base for residents and the local corporate trade.

Coffee knowledge is a must, events and functions experience is helpful. Great customer service has to be one of your best skill sets. We are looking for energetic manager who is happy to get their hands dirty in the early days and help build the business from the ground up.
