Odd Culture Newtown & Bistro Grenier (Newtown)

Odd Culture Newtown is a vibrant wine bar on the ground floor of a dynamic multi-level venue, with Bistro Grenier — our French-inspired bistro — located upstairs. Featuring a wine program with over 30 wines by the glass and an extensive by-the-bottle list, Bistro Grenier and Odd Culture Newtown showcase a strong emphasis on French wines, natural wine, and expertly crafted cocktails.

Pleasure Club (Newtown)

Pleasure Club is one of Newtown’s premier cocktail and live-music sanctuaries, combining exceptional drinks, lively energy, and a welcoming atmosphere. Part nightclub, part cocktail bar, the venue features live music every night and trades until 4 am. Pleasure Club is a high-end, late-night venue that thrives on creativity, energy, and an exceptional guest experience.

The Old Fitzroy Hotel (Woolloomooloo)

Located in the heart of historic Woolloomooloo, The Old Fitzroy Hotel recently celebrated its 165th birthday and is the oldest remaining pub in Sydney attached to a theatre. Known for its intimate performance space, small and intimate bistro, comedy nights, and lively outdoor dining, The Fitz is one of Sydney’s most loved pubs.

The Duke (Enmore)

The Duke is a live-music-focused pub in Enmore, with a vibrant, diverse, and active community. Known for its free live music, exceptional wood-fired eats, and dynamic beverage offering, The Duke is a venue built on energy, authenticity, and good times.

What You’ll Do

We have opportunities available across multiple levels, including:

Venue Managers & Assistant Venue Managers

Restaurant & Bar Managers

Junior Managers & Duty Managers (Full time and Casual)

You’ll lead your team, uphold service standards, maintain operational excellence, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of your venue. While the scope of each role differs by venue, all share a focus on leadership, culture, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
