About the role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this full-time Venue Manager role at Club Willoughby' in North Willoughby, NSW, is an exceptional opportunity to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of an exciting New hospitality venue. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the venue runs smoothly and profitably, while providing an exceptional experience for all customers.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing all aspects of the venue's operations, including staffing, customer service, financial management, and compliance

Driving revenue and profitability through effective marketing, budgeting, and cost control

Ensuring the venue meets all relevant health, safety, and licensing requirements

Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team of hospitality professionals

Fostering a positive, customer-centric culture and continuous improvement

Liaising with the broader management team to contribute to the strategic direction of the business

What we're looking for

Significant experience (2+ years) in a similar venue management role, preferably within the hospitality industry

Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyse and interpret data to drive business decisions

Excellent leadership, people management, and team-building skills

Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Thorough understanding of relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

Tertiary qualification in hospitality management, business, or a related discipline
