Following the success of our flagship venues, Send It! Freshwater is one of our most exciting community-based sites — a smaller, high-energy venue located inside an existing bar, offering a truly unique “venue within a venue” experience.
We’re on the hunt for a Venue Manager who thrives on collaboration, loves delivering incredible guest experiences, and can work hand-in-hand with our host venue team to make Send It! Freshwater a local favourite.

Venue Manager – Send It! Freshwater
Responsibilities
Venue Operations
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Freshwater site and team members.
Coordinate bookings, events, and guest experiences across all simulator activities, food, and beverage service.
Manage guest enquiries, feedback, and incident reporting with professionalism and care.
Ensure every guest has a seamless experience between Send It! and the host bar environment.
Maintain Send It! brand standards across safety, cleanliness, and customer engagement.
Collaboration with Host Venue
Work closely with the host bar management and staff to align service standards, event execution, and customer experience.
Coordinate with the bar’s team on shared operations such as food and beverage delivery, table service, and promotions.
Communicate effectively to maintain a strong partnership and ensure both venues operate in sync.
Represent Send It! as an extension of the host venue’s hospitality experience — fostering teamwork, not competition.
Team Leadership
Recruit, roster, train, and develop your Send It! team.
Lead by example with a positive, proactive attitude and clear communication.
Conduct onboarding, training, and regular team check-ins.
Build and maintain a strong, motivated team culture that aligns with both Send It! and the host venue’s values.
Sales & Marketing
Implement local marketing initiatives to drive awareness and bookings.
Collaborate with the Send It! marketing team on promotions and community activations.
Develop relationships with local clubs, schools, and community groups.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability and grow repeat visitation.
Finance & Administration
Manage venue budgets, cash handling, and reporting.
Monitor expenditure and implement cost-saving measures.
Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock management in collaboration with HQ.
Maintenance & Compliance
Be trained to troubleshoot and maintain simulator equipment.
Coordinate with Send It! HQ and the host venue for general maintenance and repairs.
Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS, and licensing requirements.
Oversee venue safety procedures and staff training.
Requirements
RSA (or willingness to obtain).
2–3 years’ management experience in hospitality, entertainment, or venue operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and multitasking ability.
Collaborative mindset — able to work as part of a shared space team.
Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Availability to work weekends and evenings.
Excited to grow within the Send It! brand as we expand across Australia.
