About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Dr Anand Suruliraj' as a Medical Receptionist. Working in a casual capacity, you will be based in the Penrith NSW 2750 office, playing a key role in providing high-quality administrative and customer service support to the medical practice.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner

Managing patient enquiries and appointment bookings

Assisting with medical record keeping and data entry

Performing general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the practice

Ensuring the reception area is well-presented and organised

Providing exceptional customer service to patients at all times

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a medical reception or customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of patients

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in using medical practice management software and standard office applications

A warm, friendly and professional demeanour

A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively
