We’re a welcoming, community-focused dental practice in Camp Hill, and we’re looking for a Treatment Coordinator / Assistant Manager who brings warmth, organisation, and professionalism to every patient interaction.

✨ About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping the day running smoothly while building real connections with patients.
You’ll coordinate treatment plans, support the Principal, and help manage the day-to-day flow of the clinic — ensuring every patient feels informed, respected, and cared for.

💬 Key Responsibilities

Welcome and guide patients through their treatment journey with confidence and compassion.

Present treatment plans clearly and discuss options and fees with professionalism.

Manage scheduling, communications, and front-office organisation.

Support the Principal with operational tasks, reporting, and team coordination.

Occasionally assist on Saturdays to meet patient needs and maintain continuity of care.

🌿 About You

Experience in dental or medical reception, treatment coordination, or patient care.

Friendly, reliable, and calm under pressure — the kind of person who keeps things running smoothly.

Confident communicator who builds trust easily with patients and team members.

Comfortable with dental software D4W.

Organised, proactive, and takes pride in creating a positive environment.
