💼 About the Role

You'll play an integral part in the daily running of the practice, assisting both clinically and at reception.

Your duties will include:

Chairside assisting for general, cosmetic and surgical dental procedures

Reception and patient coordination

Administrative support and daily operations

Stock control, ordering and compliance tasks

Assisting with team leadership and workflow

This is a long-term, permanent opportunity starting in a casual capacity to ensure the right mutual fit.

We're looking for someone who brings experience, initiative, and leadership potential to our team. You'll have a strong work ethic, a proactive mindset, and the confidence to take ownership of daily operations. This role will suit someone who is ambitious, reliable, and eager to grow into a leadership position within a supportive and modern dental practice.

You will have:

Minimum 3 years' dental experience (ideally 5+)

Strong all-rounder skills across assisting, reception, and administration

Proven leadership qualities – confident guiding others, taking responsibility, and setting a positive example

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Great time management and attention to detail

A go-getter attitude with initiative and the ability to work independently

Comfortable with technology and cloud-based software – experience with Praktika preferred, or similar systems

A professional, polished, and team-oriented approach

📋 Role Details

Initial casual start, progressing to permanent employment

Approx. 30–38 hours per week (flexible for the right person)
