Your Role as a Treatment Coordinator: As a key member of our Reception Team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every patient receives exceptional service from the moment they check out to planning their future treatments. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, has a keen eye for detail and thrives in a dynamic, patient-focused environment. Your day-to-day will include:

Completing handovers from dentists and oral health therapists

Checking out patients, including health fund processing and out-of-pocket payments

Scheduling and coordinating future appointments

Following up on non-scheduled appointments and managing patient recalls

Conducting patient care follow-ups

Preparing and managing treatment consent documents

Assisting with financial arrangements for treatments

Answering patient inquiries and providing guidance

Coordinating complex scheduling, including Anaesthetist and Laboratory Bookings

What You’ll Need:

High School Certificate or equivalent

Experience in hospitality, retail, admin, or customer service (dental experience is a plus but not essential!)
