We’re now looking for a driven and switched-on Executive Assistant with a strong digital marketing and social media background to support our leadership team and help take our brand presence to the next level.
The Role
This isn’t your typical desk-based admin job. You’ll be working directly with the Managing Director across operations, staff coordination, and creative projects — while also managing our digital content, campaigns, and community engagement.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Providing high-level executive support to the Managing Director — managing emails, calendars, meetings, and travel.
Assisting with rosters, communication, and coordination between barbershop locations.
Supporting the rollout of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
Managing social media content creation and scheduling (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Engaging with our online community, responding to DMs/comments, and coordinating influencer collaborations.
Creating basic graphics and reels using Canva or CapCut.
Coordinating with designers, photographers, and suppliers for marketing assets and merchandise.
Tracking performance data — including store KPIs, campaign results, and social analytics.
Helping organise photoshoots, brand events, and expos.
Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all executive matters.
Must be willing to work from the office 5 days a week.
About You
You’re organised, creative, and thrive in a fast-moving environment. You understand the energy and style of the barbershop world — confident, authentic, and professional. You’re just as comfortable running a meeting schedule as you are brainstorming TikTok ideas.
You’ll bring:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or Social Media Manager.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and social content.
Great communication skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace (Shopify or Klaviyo experience a bonus).
A positive, can-do attitude — and the ability to get things done with minimal supervision.
An interest in men’s style, grooming, or the hair and beauty industry.
