This is a unique opportunity as we are offering a large bonus incentive with potential to earn above $100,000 + for the right candidates, and also training pathways.

About the Role: Treatment Coordinator

As we continue to grow, we are excited to offer a Treatment Coordinator position within our friendly, high-performing team. This role blends front office coordination with clinical support and is perfect for someone who loves connecting with patients and making a real difference in their care experience.

Role description:

You will be responsible for contacting new patients, educating them on the treatment options we offer — including dental implants, orthodontics, and veneers - and guiding them through their entire treatment journey with care and clarity.

Explain financial options and requirements.

General administrative duties.

Greet and care for patients with warmth and professionalism.

Deliver an exceptional and memorable patient experience.

Handle data entry, patient record updates, and appointment coordination.

The applicant must possess these qualities:

Experience in dental or similar customer-focused roles is essential.

Fantastic people/customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Proactive and positive energy.

Excellent telephone manner.

Relentless in their pursuit of solutions, refusing to accept setbacks and consistently uncovering every conceivable avenue to accomplish tasks.

Friendly, caring attitude towards patients
